摘要
“食品营养学”课程具有识记知识量大、课程前后逻辑关联弱等特点。文章论述了成果导向理念和混合式教学模式的发展现状,初步探索了基于成果导向的“食品营养学”混合式教学模式的构建,并进行了课程实践。研究发现:以新媒体作业为主要成果产出,选择合适的线上教学平台和视频作业发布平台,设置适中难度的任务要求能使课程考核成绩有显著提升。
The course of food nutrition is characterized by large amount of memorization knowledge and weak logical correlation before and after the course.This paper discusses the development status of the results-oriented concept and the blended teaching mode,initially explores the construction of the results-oriented blended teaching mode of food nutrition,and carries on the course practice.Research findings:taking new media assignments as the main output,choosing appropriate online teaching platform and video assignments publishing platform,and setting task requirements of moderate difficulty can significantly improve course assessment results.
