陶行知生活教育理论对加强高校劳动教育的启示

摘要 陶行知的生活教育理论是在不断地教育改革实践中逐步形成的,其中,生活即教育是该理论的主体,社会即学校是该理论的实施场域,教学做合一是该理论的方法论。生活教育理论对我国当前高校加强劳动教育具有一定的借鉴意义,其对劳动教育内涵的丰富,为高校劳动教育理论提供了新基础;对劳动教育载体的拓宽,为高校劳动教育实践提供了新思路;对劳动教育方法的创新,为高校劳动教育实施提供了新样态。因此,基于陶行知的生活教育理论,可以通过发挥家庭对劳动教育的启蒙作用、发挥学校对劳动教育的主导作用、发挥社会对劳动氛围的营造作用,在“家校社”协同联动中推动高校劳动教育建设。 Tao Xingzhi’s life-education theory is gradually formed in the continuous practice of education reform. The basic idea is that life is education;the practice field lies in the claim of society as school;and the methodology is the integration of teaching and practice. The theory can shed light on strengthening labor education in colleges in today’s China. The expanding meaning of labor education provides a new foundation for the theory;the broadening carriers of labor education offers new ideas for the practice;and the innovation of methods of labor education proposes a new pattern for the implementation. Therefore, based on Tao Xingzhi’s life-education theory, the family can play an enlightening role in labor education, the colleges can function as the leading part, and the society can create the labor atmosphere, thus promoting the combination and cooperation between "home, college and community" in the construction of labor education in colleges.
