乡村振兴战略下乡村中小学教育现状与发展策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 乡村振兴战略视域下乡村中小学教育的发展面临着新挑战,迎来了新机遇。新时代乡村中小学教育的发展对于推进乡村振兴战略的发展具有重大意义,对于推进乡村文化振兴,乡村人才振兴,促进乡村教育公平均有其独特且非凡的价值;总结出乡村振兴战略视域下乡村中小学教育问题表现出的一些普遍特征:合并撤销与恢复保留的冲突、社会价值与个人价值的冲突、受教育机会平等与教育实际不平等的冲突;并提出了相应的发展策略:乡村中小学教育发展应首先扎根实际——立足中国大地发展乡村中小学教育,其次要把握基础——稳定教师队伍发展乡村中小学教育,最重要的是要面向未来——坚持人民立场发展乡村中小学教育。新时代乡村中小学教育的发展应顺势而为,把握乡村振兴战略的新机遇,迎来乡村中小学教育的新高峰。 From the perspective of rural revitalization strategy, the development of rural primary and secondary education is facing new challenges and ushered in new opportunities. The development of rural primary and secondary education in the new era is of great significance to promoting the development of the rural revitalization strategy. It has unique and extraordinary value in promoting the revitalization of rural culture, rural talents, and promoting equity in rural education. Some common characteristics of rural primary and secondary education problems: the conflict between merger and revocation and restoration of reservation, the conflict between social value and personal value, the conflict between equal opportunities for education and the actual inequality of education;and put forward corresponding development strategies: rural The development of primary education should first be rooted in reality-based on the land of China to develop rural primary and secondary education, and secondly to grasp the foundation-stabilize the teaching staff to develop rural primary and secondary education, the most important thing is to face the future-adhere to the people’s standpoint to develop rural primary and secondary education. The development of rural primary and secondary education in the new era should follow the trend, grasp the new opportunities of the rural revitalization strategy, and usher in a new peak of rural primary and secondary education.
