高校主题团日活动开展的现状调查及模式创新——以泰州学院为例

Investigation of the current situation and model innovation of College Theme Youth League Day Activities——Take Taizhou University as an example

主题团日活动是高校开展基层团组织建设的重要平台和载体。本文以泰州学院为个案,采用问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,精细化研究当前高校主题团日活动的价值及开展现状。研究发现,高校主题团日活动目前还存在活动主题和内容与专业相关度低、活动参与主体互动积极性不高、活动形式与学生个体发展关联性不强、载体建设与时代发展结合度不高、评比激励机制与创新发展贴合度不高等问题。因此,应注重活动主题的鲜明性,推进参与主体的多元性,提升内容形式的多样性,提高宣传载体的丰富性,增强评比体系的科学性,以探寻提高主题团日活动成效的新模式。

The theme day activity of Youth League is an important platform and carrier for colleges and universities to carry out the construction of grassroots group organizations. Taking Taizhou University as a case, this paper uses questionnaire survey, interview and other research methods to finely study the value of current theme day activities in colleges and the current situation of their development. It is found that there are still some problems in the activities,such as low correlation between the theme and content of activities and majors, low interaction enthusiasm of participants, weak correlation between activity forms and individual development of students, low integration between carrier construction and the development of The Times, low compatibility between the mechanism of evaluation and incentive innovative development.Therefore, we should pay attention to the distinctness of the theme activity, promote the diversity of the participating subjects, enhance the diversity of the content form, improve the richness of the publicity carrier, and enhance the scientific nature of the evaluation system, so as to explore a new mode of improving the effectiveness of the theme group day activities.
