西藏脱贫人口内生发展能力评价及影响因素解析

Evaluation and Analysis of Influencing Factors of Endogenous Development Ability of the Population Lifted out of Poverty in Tibet

本文以脱贫个体内生能力为视角,构建了内生发展能力指数,并利用因子分析法对西藏脱贫人口内生能力发展情况做出了评价,最后运用多元线性回归模型分析了西藏脱贫人口内生展能力的影响因素。结果表明:当前西藏脱贫人口内生发展能力整体水平偏低,政府和家庭对提升个体内生发展能力呈显著影响。因而在实践中,脱贫个体应主动激发自身内生潜力和现实能力,并有效结合政府和家庭帮扶,从而提升内生发展能力水平,实现可持续稳固脱贫。

In this paper, the endogenous development ability index is constructed from the perspective of the endogenous development ability of the individuals who have been lifted out of poverty, and the development situation of the endogenous development ability of the population who have been lifted out of poverty in Tibet is evaluated using the factor analysis method. Finally,the influencing factors of the endogenous development ability of the population who have been lifted out of poverty in Tibet are analyzed by the multiple linear regression model. The results show that the overall level of endogenous development ability of the population lifted out of poverty in Tibet is low, and the government and family have a significant impact on improving the endogenous development ability of individuals. Therefore, in practice, individuals out of poverty should take the initiative to stimulate their own endogenous potential and practical ability,and effectively combine government and family support to enhance endogenous development capacity and achieve sustainable and stable poverty alleviation.
