摘要
高压电气设备由于其内部结构全部位于罐体或壳体内,当其内部出现缺陷时,传统的检测方法无法实现对设备内部缺陷的准确定位。采用X射线技术的高压电气设备带电检测方法可在不停电、不影响设备运行的情况下准确判断设备内部结构、缺陷情况和内部部件材质,为高压电气设备的精准检修提供依据,并对该方法的不足之处进行了分析。
As the whole internal structure of high-voltage electrical equipment is located in a tank or shell,once defects exist inside it, the traditional detection methods can not accurately locate the internal defects of the equipment. The live detection method of high-voltage electrical equipment using X-ray technology can accurately judge the internal structure, defects and internal component materials of the equipment without power failure and affecting the operation of the equipment, which offers a basis for the accurate maintenance of high-voltage electrical equipment, and the shortcomings of this method is analyzed.
