水电厂500kV单相主变更换备用变工艺要点分析

摘要 水电厂单相主变压器更换备用变工作具有一定的特殊性,工艺上也与新主变的安装、运行主变的检修等有所不同。通过对某水力发电厂在500 kV单相主变压器更换备用变工作中遇到的相关工艺问题进行分析,得出一些相关经验、结论,为提高电力系统中类似工作的效率、安全及质量保证水平提供借鉴。 The replacement of standby transformer instead of initial single-phase main transformer for hydropower plants appears a certain particularity,and its replacement process is also different from the installation of a new main transformer and the maintenance of an operating main transformer.By analyzing the relevant process problems encountered in the replacement of a standby transformer instead of a 500 kV single-phase main transformer in a hydropower plant,some relevant experience and conclusions are obtained,which offers reference for improving the efficiency,safety and quality assurance level of similar activities in the power system.
