On the Academic Construction of the Theory of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind

经过近十年的努力,学界对人类命运共同体的研究,将其从曾经作为一个被倡导的“意识”演变成为引领新时代潮流和人类前进方向的鲜明旗帜,从曾经的一个概念演变成中国特色社会主义国际关系学的一门学说,是人类关于人文科学研究自进入本世纪以来所取得的伟大成就之一。本文拟从“改革开放推动社会主义中国融入人类命运共同体”“当代人类命运共同体的基本内涵”“人类命运共同体理念遵循国际社会相互依存的本质逻辑”“在相互依存中探索和衷共济、和合共生之道”“新型全球发展伙伴关系是人类命运共同体的物质基础”和“人类命运共同体与新型全球发展伙伴关系相伴相生”六个方面展开讨论,揭示其学说构成及其逻辑原初性与逻辑演绎轨迹,从逻辑系统性角度加深对人类命运共同体的认识。

After nearly 10 years of hard work,the research on the theory of a community with a shared future for mankind has transformed it from an advocated “consciousness” of common fate into a clear banner of globalism that leads in the trend of the new era and the direction of human progress.It has evolved into a theory of socialist international relations with Chinese characteristics,and entittled to one of the greatest achievement that human beings have made in humanities research since the beginning of this century.This article intends to focus on such six aspects as “reform and opening up promoting the integration of socialist China into the community of shared future for mankind,” “the basic connotation of the community with a shared future for mankind,” “the consciousness of the community with a shared future for mankind conforming to the essential logic of interdependence in the international community,” “exploring harmony and mutualism in interdependence,” “the new global development partnership laying the material basis of the community with a shared future for mankind,” and “coexistence between a community with a shared future for mankind and the new global development partnership.” All reveals the logical originality and logical deduction trajectory of a community with a shared future for mankind,and deepens the understanding of the concept from a logical and systematic perspective.
