摘要
行为主义把学习行为视为一种操作性行为,对教育实践有积极的指导作用。该文针对新工科高校实践教学的教改研究,强调对大学生创新创业能力和科学家精神的培养,重点研究和分析行为主义的三个实践元素——教学对象分析、教学内容设计和实验性测试。在某新工科高校电气专业的实际教学活动中,该文所提方案以学生为中心,充分利用学生自身的认知基础和主观能动性,充分发挥实践教学基地的硬件资源,与现有实践教学管理措施进行有机结合,以课程群为链接,促进教学团队形成接力效应,实现全员全程全方位培养人才。
Behaviorism regards learning behavior as an operational behavior,which plays a positive guiding role in educational practice.Aiming at the teaching reform of practical teaching in new engineering colleges and universities,this paper emphasizes the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability and scientist spirit,and focuses on the three practical elements of behaviorism——teaching object analysis,teaching content design and experimental test.In the actual teaching activities of electrical major in a new engineering university,the scheme proposed in this paper takes students as the center,makes full use of students'own cognitive foundation and subjective initiative,gives full play to the hardware resources of the practical teaching base,organically combines with the existing practical teaching management measures,takes the curriculum group as the link,and promotes the teaching team to form a relay effect and finally reach the goal ofthe whole process and all-round training of talents.
