“1+X”课证融通的建筑设备专业BIM应用能力培养研究

BIM技术应用不仅是建成BIM模型,更重要的是模型在设计、施工和运维等项目全过程的数字化应用。“1+X”BIM的高级证书考核重点也是模型的综合应用,因此,建筑设备专业人才培养方案中将BIM技术融于各专业课程中,尤其是注重提高实践教学效果。建筑设备专业课程体系中,先学习BIM技术理论和专业技术基础;待学生具备BIM建模基础能力后,结合专业课程知识,开展实际工程的BIM技术综合应用,提高工程协同能力和BIM综合应用能力。

The purpose of BIM Technology Application is not only to build BIM model,but also to digital application of model in the whole process of design,construction,operation and maintenance.The assessment of Advanced Certificate of"1+X"BIM is also the comprehensive application of the model.Therefore,BIM Technology is integrated into the professional courses in the training scheme of building facility specialty,especially the improvement of practical teaching effect.In the course system of building facility specialty,students at first learn BIM Technology Theory and professional technical foundation;After students have the basic ability of BIM modeling,combined with professional curriculum knowledge,the BIM Technology Comprehensive Application of practical engineering is carried out to improve the ability of engineering coordination and BIM comprehensive application.
