Influencing factors of poor prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探究急性脑梗死(ACI)患者不良预后的影响因素。方法选择2019年1月至2021年9月安徽省亳州市中医院收治的ACI患者80例为研究对象,根据治疗后改良Rankin评分(mRS)将其分为预后良好组(≤2分,47例)和预后不良组(>2分,33例)。比较两组临床资料,采用logistic回归分析ACI患者不良预后的影响因素。结果预后不良组血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经logistic回归模型分析显示,高血清LDL-C、Hcy水平及高NIHSS评分是ACI患者预后不良的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论ACI患者血清LDL-C、Hcy水平及NIHSS评分是不良预后的重要影响因素,临床中应予以重视。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of poor prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods From January 2019 to September 2021,80 ACI patients in Bozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Anhui Province were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into good prognosis group(≤2 points,47 cases)and poor prognosis group(>2 points,33 cases)according to modified Rankin score(mRS)after treatment.Clinical data were compared between the two groups,and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of poor prognosis in ACI patients.Results The levels of serum low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),homocysteine(Hcy),and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression model analysis showed that high serum LDL-C and Hcy levels,and high NIHSS score were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in ACI patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum LDL-C and Hcy levels and NIHSS score in patients with ACI are important factors influencing the poor prognosis,which should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
