主动健康下中医药融合社区健康管理理论基础与创新路径

Theoretical basis and innovation path of traditional Chinese medicine integrated community health management under active health

鉴于中国现有的“被动健康”医疗服务模式远不能满足国民对健康日益增高的需求,同时为进一步解决人口老龄化、慢性病增多且患者年轻化问题,本文提出“主动健康”服务模式。将“治未病”思想融入现代健康管理中,充分挖掘中医适宜技术,结合政府、高校、医疗机构、社区、家庭共同参与实现协同治理路径,融合中医药健康干预优势,形成“举国体制”的健康维护和健康促进的“主动健康”模式,推动中医药深入社区发展,为全民健康提供便捷途径。

In view of the fact that the existing“passive health”medical service model in China is far from meeting the increasing demand for health,in order to further solve the problems of population aging,increasing chronic diseases and younger patients at the same time,this paper proposes the“active health”service model.The idea of“preventive treatment of disease”should be integrated into modern health management,and the appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine should be fully tapped.The collaborative governance path should be realized with the participation of the government,universities,medical institutions,communities,and families,and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine health intervention should be integrated.A“active health”model of health maintenance and health promotion based on the“nationwide system”has been formed,and traditional Chinese medicine has been promoted in communities to provide convenient access to the health of the whole people.
