摘要 本文通过文献综述梳理了线上招聘面试的问题及研究局限。结合首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院2021年开展线上招聘面试工作的实践流程,通过对专家和面试人员的访谈总结线上面试工作的优点和缺点。线上招聘有效避免了聚集,为公立医院的人才招聘测评提供了新的解决方案,扩大了应聘人员的范围,保证了医院人才选拔的数量;同时降低了毕业生的时间、交通等成本,为毕业生的就业提供了支持,对招聘管理工作起到了提升作用。本文建议可以通过完善招聘材料、完善招聘流程和线上招聘的应聘人员身份确认等方面来进一步提升招聘工作。最后对线上招聘在一院多区管理模式下的应用进行了讨论。 This paper sorts out the problems and research limitations of online recruitment interviews with the method of literature review.Combined with the practical process of conducting online recruitment interviews in Beijing Tongren Hospital,Capital Medical University in 2021,the advantages and disadvantages of online interviews are summarized through interviews with experts and interviewers.Online recruitment effectively avoids aggregation and provides a new solution for talent recruitment evaluation in public hospitals,expands the scope of candidates,and ensures the number of hospital talent selection;the employment of graduates has been supported and the recruitment management has been promoted.This article suggests that the recruitment work can be further improved by improving the recruitment materials,improving the recruitment process,and confirming the identity of the candidates for online recruitment.Finally,the application of online recruitment under the multi-district management mode of the hospital was discussed.
