Delta变异株新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下中药应急供应探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Emergency Supply of Traditional Chinese Medicine During the Delta Variant-Induced COVID-19 Epidemic

目的探讨Delta变异株新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情下中药应急供应的措施及策略。方法总结并分析医院在Delta变异株新冠肺炎疫情中应急联动、药品供应、院感防控、药学服务等方面的经验。结果医院建立了应急管理体系,制订了中药保供应急预案、中药供应应急保障措施,提供了线上药学服务,加强了院感监测与信息发布等。与应急供应管理实施前比较,实施后中药饮片的采购时效由隔日送达变为次日送达,采购频次由2次/周升至5次/周,常用饮片周转频次由3次/天升至10次/天,煎药量由5000袋/天升至15000袋/天,煎煮及配送时效由8 h降至4 h。结论中药应急供应在新冠肺炎疫情防控过程中发挥了重要作用,显著提升了中药汤剂的供应效率。该研究可为优化和完善中医药应急供应及储备机制提供参考。

Objective To investigate the measures and strategies of emergency supply of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)during the delta variant-induced coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods The hospital′s experience in emergency linkage,drug supply,nosocomial infection prevention and control,and pharmaceutical care during the delta variant-induced COVID-19 epidemic were summarized and analyzed.Results The hospital has established an emergency management system,formulated an emergency plan for ensuring the supply of TCM and emergency safeguard measures for the supply of TCM,provided online pharmaceutical care,and strengthened the monitoring of nosocomial infection and information release.Compared with those before the implementation of emergency supply management,after the implementation,the procurement timeliness of Chinese herbal pieces was changed from every other day delivery to next-day delivery,the procurement frequency increased from 2 times/week to 5 times/week,the turnover frequency of commonly used Chinese herbal pieces increased from 3 times/day to 10 times/day,the decoction volume increased from 5000 bags/day to 15000 bags/day,and the decoction and distribution time limit shortened from 8 h to 4 h.Conclusion The emergency supply of TCM played an important role in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic,and significantly improved the supply efficiency of TCM decoction.This study can provide a reference for optimizing and perfecting the emergency supply and reserve mechanism of TCM.
