乳腺癌钼靶X线检查与血管内皮生长因子、CA153的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Breast Cancer Mammography and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and CA153

目的探讨对乳腺癌钼靶X线检查与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、糖链抗原153(CA153)的相关性。方法回顾性分析80例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,患者实施钼靶X线影像检查,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定VEGF水平,采用微粒子化学发光法测定CA153水平;观察钼靶X线检查结果,分析检查结果与VEGF、CA153水平的相关性。结果80例乳腺癌患者VEGF阳性46例,占57.50%,平均CA153(40.11±4.12)U/mL;VEGF、CA153水平与乳腺钼靶X线影像中泥沙样钙化、血管增粗、毛刺征具有显著相关性(r=0.125、0.225、0.415,P<0.05),与乳头凹陷、皮肤增厚无显著相关(r=0.002、0.003,P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者VEGF、CA153水平与乳腺癌钼靶X线泥沙样钙化、血管增粗、毛刺征等影像特征明显相关;依据乳腺癌钼靶X线结果,联合检测VEGF、CA153可为早期诊断疾病及判断预后提供可靠依据。

Objective To explore the correlation between breast cancer mammography and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153).Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Mammography was performed on the patients,the VEGF level was detected by ELISA,and CA153 level was detected by microparticle chemiluminescence.The mammography results were observed,and the correlation between the examination results and VEGF and CA153 levels was analyzed.Results Of the 80 patients with breast cancer,46 cases were positive for VEGF,accounting for 57.50%.The average CA153 was(40.11±4.12)U/mL.VEGF and CA153 levels were significantly correlated with mammography silt like calcification,vascular thickening and spicule sign on mammography(r=0.125,0.225,0.415,P<0.05),but not correlated with nipple depression and skin thickening(r=0.002,0.003,P>0.05).Conclusions The VEGF and CA153 levels in breast cancer patients are significantly correlated with silt like calcification,vascular thickening,spicule sign.According to the mammography results of breast cancer,combined detection of VEGF and CA153 can provide reliable evidence for early diagnosis and prognosis judgment.
