摘要
目的探讨小剂量糖皮质激素联合半导体激光对带状疱疹患者炎性指标及免疫功能的影响。方法选择2019年12月至2021年12月我院收治的70例带状疱疹患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组采用小剂量糖皮质激素治疗,观察组予以小剂量糖皮质激素联合半导体激光治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、炎性指标及免疫功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量糖皮质激素联合半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的效果显著,可改善患者的炎性状态及免疫功能。
Objective To explore the influence of low-dose glucocorticoid combined with semiconductor laser on inflammatory indicators and immune function in patients with herpes zoster.Methods 70 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-dose glucocorticoid,and the observation group was treated with low-dose glucocorticoid combined with semiconductor laser.The treatment effect,inflammatory indicators and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 77.14% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the CD8^(+)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Low-dose glucocorticoid combined with semiconductor laser has significant effect in the treatment of herpes zoster,which can improve the inflammatory state and immune function of patients.
