静脉全麻联合硬膜外麻醉在抽脂术中的临床应用效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Application Effect of Intravenous General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Anesthesia in Liposuction

目的探讨静脉全麻联合硬膜外麻醉在抽脂术中的临床应用效果。方法选择2020年3月至2021年3月于我院行抽脂术的176例肥胖症患者,随机平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用静脉全麻,观察组采用静脉全麻联合硬膜外麻醉。对比两组患者麻醉前(T_(0))与麻醉后15 min(T_(1))的血流动力学指标、血气指标及术后不良反应发生情况。结果T_(1)时,观察组MAP、HR、CO水平与T0时比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但高于对照组(P<0.05)。T_(1)时,观察组的pH、PCO_(2)、PO_(2)水平与T_(0)时比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后不良反应发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的17.05%(P<0.05)。结论静脉全麻联合硬膜外麻醉可稳定抽脂术患者的血流动力学指标和血气指标,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of intravenous general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in liposuction.Methods 176 obese patients with liposuction in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group equally.The control group received intravenous general anesthesia,and the observation group received intravenous general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia.The hemodynamic indicators and blood gas indicators before anesthesia(T_(0))and 15 minutes after anesthesia(T_(1)),and the postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At T_(1),the MAP,HR and CO levels of the observation group had no statistical differences with those at T_(0)(P>0.05),but higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At T_(1),the pH,PCO_(2) and PO_(2) levels of the observation group had no statistical differences with those at T_(0)(P>0.05),but higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.55%,lower than 17.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intravenous general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can stabilize the hemodynamic indicators and blood gas indicators in patients with liposuction,with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
