补中益气汤与隔姜铺灸治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的效果

Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Ginger Separated Moxibustion in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer of Spleen Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

目的探讨补中益气汤与隔姜铺灸治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡(GU)的效果。方法将96例脾胃虚寒型GU患者随机分为观察组(补中益气汤+隔姜铺灸治疗)与对照组(常规西药治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果、中医证候积分和炎性因子水平。结果观察组总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的胃部隐痛、胃胀、反酸嗳气、恶心呕吐评分降低,且观察组的胃部隐痛、胃胀、反酸嗳气、恶心呕吐评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-6、TNF-α水平降低,且观察组的IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤与隔姜铺灸可提升脾胃虚寒型GU的治疗效果,改善患者的症状,抑制炎性因子的表达。

Objective To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and ginger separated moxibustion in the treatment of gastric ulcer(GU)of spleen stomach deficiency cold type.Methods 96 patients with GU of spleen stomach deficiency cold type were selected and randomly divided into observation group(Buzhong Yiqi Decoction+ginger separated moxibustion)and control group(routine western medicine),with 48 cases in each group.The treatment effect,TCM symptom scores and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,higher than 83.33% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of gastric dull pain,gastric distension,acid reflux,belching,and nausea and vomiting decreased in the two groups decreased,and the scores of gastric dull pain,gastric distension,acid reflux,belching,and nausea and vomiting decreased in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-6 and TNF-α levels of the two groups decreased,and the IL-6 and TNF-α levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and ginger separated moxibustion can improve the treatment effect of GU of spleen stomach deficiency cold type,improve patients'symptoms and inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors.
