摘要
目的探讨复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗对妊娠期缺铁性贫血(IDA)孕妇血液指标及不良妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的88例妊娠期IDA孕妇,随机分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44)。对照组采用琥珀酸亚铁治疗,观察组采用复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗。比较两组孕妇治疗前、治疗3个月后的血液指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)]以及不良妊娠结局。结果治疗前,两组的Hb、SF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组的Hb、SF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组的Hb、SF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局发生率为4.55%,明显低于对照组的18.18%(P<0.05)。结论复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗可明显提升妊娠期IDA孕妇的Hb、SF水平,改善不良妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the influence of compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets combined with ferrous succinate on blood indicators and adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia(IDA)during pregnancy.Methods 88 pregnant women with IDA during pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44).The control group was treated with ferrous succinate,the observation group was treated with compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets combined with ferrous succinate.The blood indicators[hemoglobin(Hb),serum ferritin(SF)]before treatment and after 3 months of treatment,and the adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the Hb and SF levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the Hb and SF levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the Hb and SF levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 4.55%,significantly lower than 18.18%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets combined with ferrous succinate can significantly improve the Hb and SF levels,and improve the adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with IDA during pregnancy.
