双钢板与锁定钢板切开复位固定术对肱骨近端骨折患者恢复情况及并发症风险的影响

Influence of Open Reduction and Fixation with Double Plate and Locking Plate on Recovery and Complication Risk in Patients with Proximal Humeral Fracture

目的探讨双钢板与锁定钢板切开复位固定术对肱骨近端骨折患者恢复情况及并发症风险的影响。方法选择2018年7月至2021年7月我院收治的78例肱骨近端骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各39例。对照组采用锁定钢板切开复位固定术治疗,观察组采用双钢板锁定切开复位固定术治疗。比较两组的临床指标、肩关节功能及并发症发生率。结果观察组拔管时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组肩关节疼痛与功能障碍指数(SPADI)量表疼痛与功能障碍项目评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.13%,低于对照组的20.51%(P<0.05)。结论双钢板锁定切开复位固定术可促进肱骨近端骨折患者术后恢复,改善肩关节功能,降低并发症风险。

Objective To explore the effect of open reduction and fixation with double plate and locking plate on the recovery and complication risk of patients with proximal humeral fracture.Methods 78 patients with proximal humeral fracture admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given locking plate open reduction and fixation,and the observation group was given double plate locking open reduction and fixation.The clinical indiicators,shoulder joint function and complication risk were compared between the two groups.Results The extubation time,fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of severe pain and dysfunction in shoulder pain and dysfunction index(SPADI)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%,lower than 20.51% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Double plate locking open reduction and fixation can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with proximal humeral fracture,improve the shoulder joint function and reduce the complication risk.
