活血化瘀汤联合依达拉奉治疗高血压脑出血的效果及对血清TSP-1、NF-κB水平的影响

Effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction Combined with Edaravone in the treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage and the influence on Serum TSP-1 and NF-κB Levels

目的探讨活血化瘀汤联合依达拉奉治疗高血压脑出血(HCH)的效果及对血清血小板反应蛋白-1(TSP-1)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)水平的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2021年2月我院收治的90例HCH患者,随机分为观察组(活血化瘀汤+依达拉奉治疗)与对照组(依达拉奉治疗)。对比两组的临床疗效、神经功能评分及TSP-1、NF-κB水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,MoCA、GCS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TSP-1、NF-κB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀汤联合依达拉奉治疗HCH患者的效果理想,可改善患者神经功能及认知功能,其机制可能与调节TSP-1、NF-κB水平有关。

Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with edaravone in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HCH)and the influence on serum thrombospondin-1(TSP-1)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)levels.Methods 90 HCH patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(Huoxue Huayu Decoction+edaravone)and control group(edaravone).The clinical efficacy,neurological function score,and TSP-1 and NF-κB levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MOCA and GCS scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TSP-1 and NF-κB levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with edaravone has ideal effect in the treatment of HCH patients,and can improve their neurological and cognitive functions.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of TSP-1 and NF-κB levels.
