粘接固位种植义齿修复治疗后牙缺损患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Cemented-Retained Implant Denture Restoration in the Treatment of Patients with Posterior Tooth Defects

目的观察粘接固位种植义齿修复治疗后牙缺损患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月我院收治的106例后牙缺损患者,随机分为两组各53例。对照组采用螺丝固位种植义齿修复治疗,观察组采用粘接固位种植义齿修复治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、近中与远中种植体周围骨吸收量及种植义齿满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.11%,高于对照组的86.79%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗2周、1年后的近中与远中种植体周围骨吸收量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1年后,观察组的美观程度、舒适程度、语言功能、咀嚼功能和固位功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与螺丝固位种植义齿修复相比,粘接固位种植义齿修复治疗后牙缺损效果更佳,能有效减少种植体周围骨吸收状况,提升患者对种植义齿的满意度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cemented-retained implant denture restoration in the treatment of patients with posterior tooth defects.Methods 106 patients with posterior tooth defects admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with screw-retained implant denture restoration,and the observation group was treated with cemented-retained implant denture restoration.The treatment effect,mesial and distal peri-implant bone resorption,and implant denture satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.11%,higher than 86.79% of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of mesial and distal peri-implant bone resorption after 2 weeks and 1 year of treatment in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the scores of dental aesthetics,comfort degree,language function,masticatory function and retention function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with screw-retained implant denture restoration,cemented-retained implant denture restoration has better effect in the treatment of posterior tooth defects,can effectively reduce the mesial and distal peri-implant bone resorption,and improve patients'satisfaction degree with implant dentures.
