叙事护理在乳腺癌患者手术室护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Narrative Nursing in the Operation Room Nursing of Patients with Breast Cancer

目的分析叙事护理在乳腺癌患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的80例乳腺癌患者随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上于手术室护理中实施叙事护理,比较两组患者护理前后不良心理状态(SAS、SDS评分)及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者手术室护理中应用叙事护理能有效改善患者的不良心理状态,提升其护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of narrative nursing in the operation room nursing of patients with breast cancer.Methods 80 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine operation room nursing,and the observation group received narrative nursing in operation room nursing on the basis of the control group.The adverse psychological state(SAS and SDS scores)before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 82.50% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Narrative nursing applied in the operation room nursing of patients with breast cancer can effectively improve the adverse psychological state and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
