基于人性化理念的精细化护理结合健康保健对产后抑郁症产妇的影响研究

Study on Impact of Fine Nursing Combined with Health Care Based on Humanized Concept on Puerperae with Postpartum Depression

目的探讨基于人性化理念的精细化护理结合健康保健对产后抑郁症产妇的影响。方法选择2019年5月至2021年6月我院收治的74例产后抑郁症产妇,随机分为观察组与对照组各37例。对照组予以常规护理服务,观察组采用基于人性化理念的精细化护理结合健康保健。比较两组患者的心理状态、用药依从性及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药依从性为94.59%,高于对照组的75.68%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为91.89%,高于对照组的72.97%(P<0.05)。结论基于人性化理念的精细化护理结合健康保健可有效改善产后抑郁症产妇的心理状态,提高其用药依从性及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of fine nursing combined with health care based on humanized concept on puerperae with postpartum depression.Methods 74 puerperae with postpartum depression admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing services,and the observation group received fine nursing combined with health care based on humanized concept.The psychological state,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 94.59%,higher than 75.68% of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 91.89%,higher than 72.97% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fine nursing based on humanized concept combined with health care can effectively improve the psychological state of puerperae with postpartum depression,and improve the medication compliance and nursing satisfaction degree.
