基于三维质量评估的延续性护理在霍奇金淋巴瘤患者中的应用

Application of Continuous Nursing Based on Three-Dimensional Quality Assessment for Patients with Hodgkin's Lymphoma

目的探讨基于三维质量评估的延续性护理在霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月至2021年11月我院收治的120例HL患者,随机分为两组各60例。对照组采用常规延续护理,观察组采用基于三维质量评估的延续性护理。比较两组自我管理效能及生活质量。结果干预后,两组的SUPPH及QLQ-30各项评分均高于干预前,观察组SUPPH及QLQ-30各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于三维质量评估的延续性护理可提高HL患者的自我管理效能,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on three-dimensional quality assessment in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma(HL).Methods 120 HL patients admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine continuous nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing based on three-dimensional quality assessment.The self-management efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SUPPH and QLQ-30 scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the SUPPH and QLQ-30 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on three-dimensional quality assessment can improve the self-management efficacy and quality of life of HL patients.
