赋能理论指导下的自我护理管理对胸腔镜肺癌术后疼痛、应对方式的影响

Influence of Self-Care Management Guided by Empowerment Theory on Pain and Coping Style after Thoracoscopic Lung Cancer Surgery

目的探讨赋能理论指导下的自我护理管理对胸腔镜肺癌术后疼痛、应对方式的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月我院收治的80例肺癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用赋能理论指导下的自我护理管理。比较两组的疼痛程度及应对方式。结果干预后,观察组的疼痛程度评分低于对照组,疼痛知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组屈服、回避评分低于对照组,面对评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论赋能理论指导下的自我护理管理可减轻胸腔镜肺癌术后疼痛,提高患者应对疼痛的积极性。

Objective To explore the influence of self-care management guided by empowerment theory on pain and coping style after thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received self-care management guided by empowerment theory.The pain degree and coping style were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the pain degree score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the pain knowledge mastery score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the yield and avoidance scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the face score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-care management guided by empowerment theory can reduce the pain after thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery,and improve patients'enthusiasm to deal with the pain.
