综合性康复护理干预在脑瘫患儿中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention for Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨综合性康复护理干预在脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年6月我院收治的60例脑瘫患儿,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合性康复护理干预。比较两组的运动功能及生活质量。结果干预后,两组的粗大运动功能评分、精细运动功能评分和生活质量评分均高于干预前,且观察组的粗大运动功能评分、精细运动功能评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性康复护理干预在脑瘫患儿中应用效果显著,可有效改善其运动功能和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention for children with cerebral palsy.Methods 60 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention.The motor function and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of gross motor function,fine motor function and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of gross motor function,fine motor function and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention has significant application effect for children with cerebral palsy,which can effectively improve the motor function and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
