同种脱矿骨基质研究中专利文献的应用 被引量:1

Application of patent literature in the study of allogenic demineralized bone matrix

摘要 背景:专利是知识产权中科技含量高的重要组成部分,专利文献的利用在很多方面都有重要作用。目的:综述国内外常用专利网站的检索方法,研究专利检索在临床研究及科研中的应用,以指导临床研究者增加专利文献的利用。方法:详细介绍了专利的历史发展、分类方法及国内外常用的6个专利检索系统(欧洲专利数据库、美国专利商标局专利检索系统、德温特专利数据库、免费专利在线、国家知识产权局专利数据库及专利信息服务平台)的特点及检索方法,并以“脱矿骨基质”为例,展示专利的检索方法并对检索结果进行对比分析。结果与结论:通过检索专利文献,可获得最新的关于脱矿骨基质的信息;相比其他文献,检索结果更精准及新颖。在6个常用专利检索系统中,欧洲专利数据库收录的专利范围广,高级检索方式简单有效,容易掌握。国家知识产权局专利数据库有利于对某一技术领域的最新专利进行追踪。不同的专利检索系统有不同的检索规则,要按照各数据库专利信息的规范表述形式输入检索词进行检索;采用分类号+检索词组合的方式检索,可以提高效率。充分利用一些专利检索系统的管理功能,可及时了解国内外专利信息,跟踪最新科研成果,为科学研究和技术创新服务。 BACKGROUND:Patent is an important part of intellectual property with high technology content and the utilization of patent documents plays an important role in many aspects.OBJECTIVE:To summarize the retrieval methods of common patent websites at home and abroad and study the application of patent retrieval in clinical and scientific research,so as to guide clinical researchers to increase the utilization of patent documents.METHODS:This study detailed the historical development and classification of patents and the characte ristics and retrieval methods of six patent retrieval systems commonly used at home and abroad,i.e.,Espacenet,USPTO,Free Patents Online,De rwent Innovation Index,CNIPA,and CNIPR.Taking "demineralized bone matrix" as an example,the retrieval methods of patents were displayed and the retrieval results were compared and analyzed.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The latest information on demineralized bone matrix can be obtained by the retrieval of patent literature,which is more accurate and novel than other literature.In the six commonly used patent search systems,Espacenet contains a wide range of patents,and the advanced search method is simple,effective and easy to master.CNIPA is conducive to tracking the latest patents in a certain technical field.Different patent retrieval systems have different retrieval rules;therefore,it is necessary to input search words for retrieval according to the standard expression form of patent info rmation in each database.The combination of classification codes and search words can improve retrieval efficiency.By making full use of the management functions of some patent retrieval systems,we can keep abreast of domestic and foreign patent information,track the latest scientific achievements,and serve scientific research and technological innovation.
