摘要 热镀锌焊管的内外壁在热镀锌后,均需要使用气刀进行吹拭。原气刀使用过程中存在吹拭力在管壁周长方向不均匀、易堵塞、风量无法调节等问题,造成锌层散差较大,不利于降低生产成本。将原设计中的点状气刀改为环状后,较好地解决了这些问题,锌层散差降低11.2%,锌耗降低2.1kg/t,生产成本得以降低。 After hot-dip galvanizing, the inner and outer walls of hot-dip galvanized pipes need to be blown with an air knife. The original air knife was designed with uneven blowing force in the circumference of the pipe wall, easy to block, and unadjustable air volume, resulting in a large zinc layer dispersion, which was not conducive to reducing production costs. After replacing the original design with a ring-shaped air knife, these problems were solved, and the zinc layer dispersion was reduced by 11.2% and the zinc consumption was reduced by 2.1 kg/t, thus reducing production costs.
