钢铁冶炼工艺系统添加废钢增产降耗实践

摘要 2021年八钢依托管理创新和技术进步,在钢铁冶炼工艺系统添加废钢:炼铁系统炉前出铁沟、鱼雷罐和高炉炉内添加废钢;炼钢系统采用转炉、铁包和钢包多点加废钢方式,优化废钢斗配料及供料模式,应用热量条件创造类技术提高转炉热效率;同时采用减少铁水过程温降保障措施。有效提高了废钢消耗量,铁钢系统增产降耗创效成果显著。 In 2021, relying on management innovation and technological progress, the practice of adding scrap steel in the iron and steel smelting process system were carried out at Bayi Steel: adding scrap steel in the iron ditch in front of the furnace, torpedo tank and BF. of the iron making system;the steelmaking system adopts the method of adding scrap steel in converter, ladle and ladle at multiple points, optimizes the burden and feeding mode of scrap steel bucket, and applies the technology of heat condition creation to improve the thermal efficiency of converter;at the same time, safeguard measures to reduce the temperature drop of molten iron process are adopted. The scrap consumption was effectively increased, and the iron and steel system achieved remarkable results in increasing production and reducing consumption.
