八钢一棒材加热炉碳减排实践

摘要 文章介绍了八钢一棒材加热炉实施的碳减排措施:热装热送技术;富氧掺烧技术;增加加热炉的炉底强度,实施小步距技术;优化能源结构,提高热值,提升燃烧效率;实施快降慢升操作法;烟气余热利用,降低烟气排放温度,回收热量。达到碳减排目的,降低了碳排放强度。 This paper introduces the carbon emission reduction measures implemented in the heating furnace of No, 1 Bar Milll of Bayi steel: hot charging and hot delivery technology, oxygen enriched combustion technology, increase the strength of the furnace bottom and implement the small step technology, optimize energy structure, improve calorific value and combustion efficiency, implement the operation method of fast lowering and slow raising, the waste heat of flue gas is utilized to reduce the emission temperature of flue gas and recover heat. Achieve the goal of carbon emission reduction and reduce the intensity of carbon emission.
