摘要
文章介绍了八钢加热炉烟气浓度在线检测系统。该系统通过采集加热炉预热段、加热一段、加热二段和均热段中钢坯附近真实气氛,利用电化学法对炉内其中O_(2)进行监测和分离;采用半导体非分光激光吸收技术对其中CO含量进行监测;通过控制煤气和空气的流入量,实时调整加热炉燃烧空燃比,有效提高了加热炉的燃烧效率。
The paper introduces the on-line detection system of flue gas concentration in heating furnace of Bayi Steel.The system monitors and separates O_(2)in the furnace by collecting the real atmosphere near the billet in the preheating section, heating section I, heating section II and soaking section of the furnace;Semiconductor non spectroscopic laser absorption technology is used to monitor the content of CO;By controlling the inflow of gas and air, the combustion air-fuel ratio of the heating furnace is adjusted in real time, which effectively improves the combustion efficiency of the heating furnace.
