玻璃酸钠联合复方倍他米松注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果

Effect of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探究玻璃酸钠联合复方倍他米松注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年1月至2021年12月内蒙古医科大学第二附属医院关节外科收治的84例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照用药方案分为参照组(42例)与研究组(42例)。参照组患者采用玻璃酸钠注射治疗,研究组患者采用玻璃酸钠+复方倍他米松注射治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及膝关节功能、疼痛程度、疾病症状评分。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率(95.24%)高于参照组(79.19%),治疗后的膝关节功能评估量表(HSS)评分高于参照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于参照组,关节疼痛、肿胀、晨僵等疾病症状评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合复方倍他米松注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可提升疗效、缓解疼痛感,并改善患者疾病症状及膝关节功能。

Objective To explore the effect of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 84 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Joint Surgery,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects.According to medication regimen,they were divided into a reference group(42 cases)and a study group(42 cases).The reference group received Sodium Hyaluronate Injection.The study group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate+Compound Betamethasone Injection.The efficacy,knee function,pain degree and disease symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(79.19%),hospital for special surgery(HSS)score after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group,joint pain,swelling,morning stiffness and other symptoms scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with Compound Betamethasone Injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can improve the curative effect,relieve pain,and improve the disease symptoms and knee joint function.
