摘要
提出了一种可调反力支撑式混凝土抗渗试件固定密封新方法。由抗渗试件固定密封新装置的部件对混凝土抗渗试件上表面施加可调压力,该压力传至抗渗试件致试件迎水面与抗渗仪渗水盘间设置的O型橡胶密封圈紧密接触,使其受压并紧密填充在二者中间,以封闭O型橡胶密封圈芯部的压力水,保持试验水压力。通过试验确定了抗渗等级P 6、P 8抗渗试件采用该方法对试件密封时所对应的最佳扭矩值。最后,与传统的石蜡密封法进行比对,验证了可调反力支撑式混凝土抗渗试件密封技术的稳定性与可靠性。研究成果可为工程结构混凝土质量控制提供参考。
A new method of fixing and sealing concrete impermeable specimens with adjustable reaction support is proposed. The components of the new sealing device are fixed by the impermeable test piece to apply adjustable pressure to the upper surface of the concrete impermeable test piece,and the pressure is transmitted to the O-shaped rubber sealing ring set between the upstream surface of the test piece and the water seepage pan of the impermeable instrument,so that it is pressurized and tightly filled between them,so as to seal the pressure water in the core of the O-shaped rubber sealing ring and maintain the test water pressure. Through the test,the impermeability grades P6 and P8 impermeability test pieces are determined,and the corresponding optimal torque value is determined when this method is used to seal the test pieces. Finally,compared with the traditional paraffin sealing method,the stability and reliability of the sealing technology of concrete impermeable specimens supported by adjustable reaction force are verified. The research results can provide reference for the quality control of engineering structural concrete.
