武汉长江中心项目B1地块底板大体积混凝土浇筑方量高达2万m3且场地受限。为确保在48 h内顺利完成混凝土连续浇筑,分别从技术工作和组织管理工作方面进行控制,结合理论与实际,提出了快速施工技术与组织管理中的重难点问题以及解决措施,保证施工进度高效有序,提高施工质量,最终取得了良好的施工效果,为相关工程提供参考。

The pouring volume of mass concrete for the floor of plot B1 of Wuhan Yangtze River Center project is up to 20000 m3,and the site is limited. In order to ensure the successful completion of continuous concrete pouring within 48 hours,the technical work and organization management work are controlled respectively. Combined with theory and practice,the key and difficult problems and solutions in rapid construction technology and organization management are put forward to ensure the efficient and orderly construction progress,improve the construction quality,and finally achieve good construction results,so as to provide reference for relevant projects.
