某仿古民国建筑改造前安全评定

摘要 仿古民国建筑是结合现代建筑技术建造的中国传统式建筑,结构体系复杂,建造时期使用的材料性能、工艺与如今的材料有很大差异。民国建筑经过半个多世纪的使用,大多数已超过设正常使用年限。为保证民国建筑能够安全使用,对超限使用的民国建筑进行检测鉴定是非常必要的。论文根据现行标准规范,对南京某高校会议楼进行检测及验算,根据检测数据以及计算结果,给出安全等级以及加固建议,为后期的改造加固设计提供依据,从而达到提高会议楼的安全性、增加其使用年限的目的。 Pseudo-classic buildings of the Republic of China are traditional Chinese buildings,which were built with modern technology in a complex structural system,and used material properties and processes differ tremendously from the current ones. After over half-century usage,the majority of these constructions has exceeded the design life expectancy,therefore,it is essential to check and identify these buildings in order to ensure the safety use. This paper will illustrate about the tests and checks on a conference building of a university in Nanjing in compliance with current standard,and its safety level and reinforcement suggestions based on the test data and calculation results,which provide the basis for the later-on transformation and reinforcement on the building,so as to improve the safety of the building and increase its service life in the meantime.
