摘要
某建筑物裙楼及地下室采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,在进行结构挡墙外侧回填土施工过程中,发现结构出现严重变形与开裂现象。为了研究其原因,通过现场进行检测、鉴定,并结合有限元方法进行分析,得出了变形与开裂的根本原因为现有结构并未完全修建完成,已修建部分水平抗力尚不足以抵抗墙后填土水平土压力,为后期处理和加固提供了依据。
The podium and basement of a building adopt reinforced concrete frame structure. During the backfill construction outside the structural retaining wall,it is found that the structure has serious deformation and cracking. In order to study the causes,through on-site detection and identification,and combined with the analysis of finite element method,it is concluded that the root cause of deformation and cracking is that the existing structure has not been completely completed,and the horizontal resistance of the built part is not enough to resist the horizontal earth pressure of the fill behind the wall,which provides a basis for later treatment and reinforcement.
