余热发电汽轮机真空抽气系统节能改造

Energy Saving Modification of Vacuum Extraction System of Steam Turbine for Waste Heat Power Generation

摘要 介绍了高效真空抽气系统组成及工作原理,在原有射水真空抽气系统的基础上,新增SXCQ-33-Y-11型高效真空抽气系统,对9MW余热电站汽轮机真空抽气系统进行了改造。改造后,新系统使用功率仅为11k W,工作液由易气化的水改为32/46#机油,水电消耗大幅减少,同时,系统结构简单,占地面积小,维护工作量少。 The composition and working principle of the high-efficiency vacuum pumping system are introduced.On the basis of the original water jet vacuum pumping system,SXCQ-33-Y-11 highefficiency vacuum pumping system is added,and the steam turbine vacuum pumping system of 9 MW waste heat power station is reformed.After the transformation,the power of the new system is only 11k W,and the working fluid is changed from easily gasified water to 32/46# oil.The water and electricity consumption is greatly reduced.At the same time,the system structure is simple,and the land occupation and maintenance are small.
