参加合作社如何影响规模农户商业信用获得

How Does Participation in Cooperatives Affect the Commercial Credit Access of Scaled Farms?

本文从契约治理角度,建立演化博弈理论分析模型,并实证分析参加合作社对规模农户商业信用获得的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,规模农户参加合作社能够显著促进其商业信用获得。在“龙头企业+规模农户”模式下,规模农户参加合作社能够改善契约治理,但对促进其商业信用获得的影响因规模农户的发展阶段不同而存在差异。相比于发展较为成熟的规模农户,处于发展初期的规模农户能够通过参加合作社改善商品交易的契约治理,进而促进其商业信用获得。参加合作社对规模农户契约内容的执行效果存在不同影响,从而对其商业信用的获得影响不同。具体来看,规模农户参加合作社对其定价结算条款的执行效果有显著的正向影响,从而有利于其商业信用的获得。据此,本文提出应发展以合作社为核心的农业产业链模式,完善产业链内部的利益联结机制,健全产业链外部的订单签订及履行的法律环境,推动商业信用更好地服务农业现代化发展。

From the perspective of contract governance,this paper establishes an evolutionary game theory analysis model,and empirically analyzes the impact of participating in cooperatives on the commercial credit of scaled farms and its mechanism.The study found that the participation of scaled farms in cooperatives significantly improve their access to commercial credit.In the mode of"Leading Enterprises&Scaled Farms",the participation of scaled farms in cooperatives can improve the contractual governance,but the impact of participating in cooperatives on the commercial credit of scaled farms varies due to the dif-ferent stages of development of scaled farms.Compared with the more mature scaled farms,scaled farms at the early stage of development can improve their commercial credit by participating in cooperatives to improve the contractual governance of commodity transactions.Participation in cooperatives has different effects on the implementation of the con-tract content of scaled farms,and thus has different effects on their commercial credit ac-quisition.Specifically,the participation of scaled farms in cooperatives has a significant positive impact on the implementation of its pricing and settlement terms,which is conducive to their commercial credit.Based on this,this article proposes to develop an agricultural industry chain model with cooperatives as the core,improve the interest linkage mechanism within the industry chain,improve the legal environment for signing and fulfilling orders outside the industry chain,and promote commercial credit to better serve the development of agricultural modernization.
