摘要
基于国家“双碳”目标,居住建筑作为能耗大户,其减排节能显得非常重要。建筑能耗评价是决定其节能效果的重要依据,主要包括评价指标体系的构建和评价方法的研究。本文通过广泛地调查研究与文献采集,选取了“纵四横五”的评价指标体系和层次分析法(AHP),建立了评价体系的数学模型,并利用该模型对夏热冬冷地区某居住建筑的空调能耗进行评价。结果表明:每日空调启闭时间、开启温度和围护结构参数是该居住建筑空调能耗权重最大的影响因素,分别为19.48%、12.30%和11.59%。
Based on the national“double carbon”goal,residential buildings as a major energy consumption,its emission reduction and energy saving is very important。The evaluation system of energy consumption is an important basis for determining the effect of building energy saving,which mainly includes the construction of evaluation index system and the research on evaluation methods。Through extensive investigation and literature collection,this paper selects the evaluation index system of"vertical four horizontal five"and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),establishes the mathematical model of the evaluation system,and uses this model to evaluate the air conditioning energy consumption of a residential building in the area of hot summer and cold winter。The results show that the daily air conditioning opening and closing time,opening temperature and enclosure structure parameters are the largest influencing factors of air conditioning energy consumption weight in this building,which are 19.48%,12.30%and 11.59%respectively.
