Scott触发点风险评估联合循证护理预防腰椎手术患者术中压力性损伤的应用效果

Application effect of Scott trigger point risk assessment and evidence-based nursing in preventing intraoperative pressure injury in patients with lumbar spine surgery

目的探讨Scott触发点风险评估联合循证护理预防腰椎手术患者术中压力性损伤的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2019年10月—2020年9月苏州大学附属第二医院收治的骨科腰椎手术患者325例,按照入院时间分为对照组162例(2019年10月—2020年3月)和干预组163例(2020年4—9月)。对照组给予常规手术室压力性损伤护理干预,干预组联合应用Scott触发点风险评估和循证护理干预。比较干预前后护士压力性损伤管理核心胜任能力评分,记录并比较两组患者手术相关压力性损伤发生率。结果干预后,手术室护士岗位态度、知识综合能力、专业实践能力、人际交往能力、专业发展能力、压力性损伤管理核心胜任力评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于循证护理联合Scott触发点风险评估有助于提高手术室护士的压力性损伤管理核心胜任力,且能减少腰椎手术患者手术相关的压力性损伤发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of Scott trigger point risk assessment and evidence-based nursing for preventing intraoperative pressure injury in patients with lumbar spine surgery.Methods The convenient sampling method was used to select 325 orthopedic lumbar spine surgery patients who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from October 2019 to September 2020.According to the admission time,they were divided into 162 cases in the control group(October 2019 to March 2020)and 163 cases in the intervention group(April 2020 to September 2020).The control group was given routine Operating Room pressure injury nursing intervention,while the intervention group was given a combination of Scott trigger point risk assessment and intervention based on evidence-based nursing.The core competency scores of nurses in stress injury management were compared before and after intervention,and the incidence of surgically related stress injury was recorded and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of post attitude,comprehensive knowledge ability,professional practice ability,interpersonal skills,professional development ability and core competence of pressure ulcer management of Operating Room nurses were higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of stress injury in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The Scott trigger point risk assessment and evidence-based nursing can help improve the core competency of pressure injury management in Operating Room nurses and reduce the incidence of surgery-related pressure injuries in patients with lumbar spine surgery.
