本文对房颤患者自我报告结局评估工具的主要内容、适用范围、应用现状及局限性进行总结,并分析现有评估工具的特点及存在的问题,以期为我国房颤患者自我报告结局的评估、疾病管理及特异性自我报告结局评估工具的开发提供参考依据。

This article summarizes the main content,scope of application,application status and limitations of self-reported outcome assessment tools for patients with atrial fibrillation and analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of existing assessment tools,in order to provide refences for the evaluation of self-reported outcomes,disease management and development of specific self-reported outcome assessment tools for patients with atrial fibrillation in China.
