氧气呼吸器气动报警哨着火分析与试验研究

摘要 本研究基于氧气呼吸器气动报警哨的工作特性,对气动报警哨的余压报警机理进行研究,并着重分析引起气动报警哨着火的原因。采用气动报警哨设置故障的方式,对气动报警哨燃烧着火再现与结构优化后的疲劳进行试验验证,试验结果表明:引起气动报警哨燃烧着火的直接原因是阀芯材料的不阻燃,间接原因是高压密封圈破损造成泄露,从而使报警哨喷嘴哨孔被堵塞,导致气动报警哨阀杆反复高速运动,阀芯高频率撞击阀台,导致中压腔室的温度升高,从而引燃报警哨着火。将阀芯材料改为聚三氟氯乙烯、高压密封圈材料改为硅氟橡胶,提高高压孔的加工质量,并严格执行定期维护保养,可避免气动报警哨着火的发生。 Based on the working characteristics of the oxygen respirator pneumatic alarm whistle,this study studies the residual pressure alarm mechanism of the pneumatic alarm whistle,and focuses on the analysis of the causes of the fire of the pneumatic alarm whistle.The fatigue of the pneumatic alarm whistle after combustion ignition reappearance and structural optimization is tested and verified by setting the failure mode of the pneumatic alarm whistle.The test results show that the direct cause of the combustion ignition of the pneumatic alarm whistle is the non-flammability of the spool material,and the indirect cause is the leakage caused by the damage of the high-pressure sealing ring,which causes the nozzle whistle hole of the alarm whistle to be blocked,resulting in the repeated high-speed movement of the pneumatic alarm whistle valve stem and the high-frequency impact of the spool on the valve table,resulting in the temperature rise of the medium-pressure chamber,thereby igniting the fire of the alarm whistle.The valve core material is changed to polytrifluorochloroethylene,high pressure sealing ring material is changed to silicon fluorine rubber,improve the processing quality of high pressure hole,and strict implementation of regular maintenance,can avoid the occurrence of pneumatic alarm whistle fire.
