摘要
免振免养水稳碎石作为公路大中修养护工程中重要的技术,具有早强、抗裂、快速恢复交通等优点。笔者依托洋海线养护工程,从免振免养水稳碎石配合比设计、性能试验以及工程案例等方面展开研究。研究结果表明,水稳碎石混合料的配合比(质量比)为:1#料∶2#料∶3#料∶4#料=34∶37∶5∶24,水泥用量为4.2%,最佳含水量为5.2%。当HL-200掺量为水泥用量的4%时,水稳碎石具有显著的早强和抗裂性能。免振免养水稳碎石基层施工后,现场检测其压实度均值达99.5%,1 d无侧限抗压强度均值达4.8 MPa,7 d劈裂强度均值达0.58 MPa,检测指标均满足规范要求,具有较好的经济和社会效益。
Vibration-free and maintenance-free cement stabilized gravel is an important technology in highway maintenance projects,and has the advantages of early strength,crack resistance,and rapid traffic recovery.Relying on the maintenance project of Yanghai Highway,the author studies the mix formulation,performance test and engineering case of vibration-free and maintenance-free cement stabilized gravel.The results show that the mixing ratio of vibration-free and maintenance-free cement stabilized gravel is:1#material∶2#material∶3#material∶4#material=34∶37∶5∶24.Among them,the amount of cement and the optimum water content are 4.2%and 5.2%.When the content of HL-200 is 4%of the cement content,the vibration-free and maintenance-free cement stabilized gravel has remarkable early strength and crack resistance.After the vibration-free and maintenance-free cement stabilized gravel is constructed at the base,the results of on-site inspection show that the average compaction degree is 99.5%,the average unconfined compressive strength of 1 d is 4.95 MPa,and the average splitting strength of 7 d is 0.58 MPa.The detection indicators all meet the requirements of the specification,and in addition,it has good economic and social benefits.
