摘要
在研究河南省高校科技人才总体情况的基础上,依据扎根理论,构建了河南省高校科技人才科研综合能力评价指标体系模型。该评价指标体系模型由4个一级指标、18个二级指标和55个三级指标组成。参考已有文献,采用层次分析法对评价指标体系进行权重赋值,各级评价指标权重均通过层次序列一致性检验,表明各级评价指标所赋予的权重合理。
In the early stage of this study,according to the situation of Henan Province,based on the grounded theory,an evaluation index system model of comprehensive scientific research ability among scientific and technological talents in universities in Henan Province was constructed.The evaluation index system model consisted of 4 first-level indexes,18 second-level indexes and 55 third-level indexes.Referring to the existing research literature,the research group used analytic hierarchy process to assign weight to the evaluation index system.Ultimately,the weight of evaluation indexes at all levels passed the consistency test of hierarchical sequence,indicating that the weight assigned by experts to evaluation indexes at all levels is reasonable.
