Direction Exploration of the NSFC-Henan Joint Fund in the New Period

NSFC—河南联合基金通过多元投入机制助力河南省基础研究,引导科研人员关注区域经济社会发展需要,是提升河南省自主创新能力的有力支撑。面对新时期联合基金改革要求,河南省必须建立联合基金资助和管理的新模式与新方法。通过近几年NSFC—河南联合基金的资助情况的梳理,探讨新形势下河南联合基金面临的问题与挑战,并进一步提出发展对策,为基金管理工作提供参考。

NSFC-Henan joint fund is a strong support to enhance the capability of independent innovation in Henan Province through multiple input mechanism to help basic research in Henan Province and guide researchers to focus on regional economic and social development needs.Facing the requirements of the joint fund reform in the new era,Henan Province must establish a new model and new method of joint fund funding and management.By combing the funding situation of NSFC-Henan Joint Fund in recent years,this paper discusses the problems and challenges faced by Henan Joint Fund under the new situation,and further puts forward development countermeasures to provide reference for fund management.
