乡村振兴背景下促进肉牛养殖产业发展的对策研究——以广西全州县为例

Study on the Countermeasures of Promoting the Development of Beef Cattle Breeding Industry under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Quanzhou County,Guangxi

肉牛养殖具有市场潜景好,养殖效益好,投资少、易推广等优势,对促进乡村产业振兴、增加农民收入具有重要的作用。广西全州县作为广西肉牛养殖大县和能繁母牛扩繁增量试点县,肉牛养殖具有较好的潜力。文章以全州县为例,分析全州县肉牛养殖产业现状和发展存在的主要问题,提出加大政策扶持与引导、因地制宜发展以适度规模为主的肉牛养殖模式、加大新技术推广力度提高养殖效益、全产业链开发提高肉牛养殖产业化经营水平等建议,旨在为促进肉牛产业发展提供参考。

Beef cattle breeding has the advantages of great market potential,good breeding efficiency,less investment and easy promotion,which plays an important role in promoting the revitalization of rural industry and increasing the income of farmers.Quanzhou County of Guangxi,as a major county of beef cattle breeding and a pilot county of breeding increment of fertile cows in Guangxi,beef cattle breeding has a good potential.Taking Quanzhou County as an example,this paper analyzed the current status and main issues existing in the development of beef cattle breeding industry in Quanzhou County,and put forward suggestions such as increasing policy support and guidance,taking appropriate scale development of beef cattle breeding according to local conditions,strengthening the promotion of new technology to improve cultivotion benefits,and developing of the whole industry chain to increase the level of industrialized management of cattle breeding,in order to provide reference for promoting the development of beef cattle industry.
