摘要
在激光技术不断发展的过程中,激光熔覆再制造技术作为新兴的技术工艺,目前已经应用到了金属设备零部件的修复中。通过利用激光熔覆再制造技术能够有效地提高零部件的磨损率,使零部件更经久耐用。相比较传统的电镀修复技术而言,激光熔覆再制造技术具有其强大的优势,即结合度高、修复面质量好、热影响区范围小等,与此同时激光熔覆再制造技术能够对废旧设备进行循环利用,对环境的污染程度较低,是低碳环保、节能减排的重要体现。
In the process of continuous development of laser technology,laser cladding remanufacturing technology,as an emerging technical process,has been applied to the repair of metal equipment parts.By using the laser cladding remanufacturing technology,the wear rate of the parts can be effectively improved,making the parts more durable.Compared with the traditional electroplating repair technology,laser cladding remanufacturing technology has its strong advantages,that is,high bonding,good repair surface quality,small heat affected zone,etc.At the same time,laser cladding remanufacturing technology can realize recycling of waste equipment,so it has a low degree of environmental pollution,which is an important manifestation of low-carbon environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction.
