摘要
深水围堰施工具有施工难度大、工序繁多、质量控制要求高的特点,其施工工艺直接影响主桥的整体质量与工程进度,以武穴长江公路大桥14#墩为例,介绍了双壁钢围堰加工制造、现场拼装、下放、吸泥下沉、封底、切割拆除等施工关键技术与质量控制要点,可为同类工程作参考。
The construction of deepwater cofferdam has the characteristics of difficult construction,numerous procedures and high quality control requirements.Its construction technology directly affects the overall quality and project progress of the main bridge.Taking the 14#pier of the Wuxue Yangtze River Highway Bridge as an example,the key technologies such as processing and manufacturing,on-site assembly,lowering,suction and sinking,back cover,cutting and dismantling as well as the quality control points of double-wall steel cofferdam are introduced,which can be used for similar projects for reference.
