摘要
目的:采用有限元软件ABAQUS对预应力结构进行非线性反应分析,对于保障预应力结构的抗震安全性具有重要意义。由于预应力结构受力复杂的特点,使得在ABAQUS中建立预应力结构模型极为困难工作量巨大,因此需要研究预应力结构的高效建模方法,以满足结构的分析需求。方法:解析结构设计软件PKPM提供的预应力结构模型多源异构数据信息。建立预应力结构几何模型信息、非预应力筋配筋信息、预应力筋配筋信息之间的数据匹配规则,实现数据融合。采用Python语言编程调用ABAQUS内置函数库进行预应力筋的建模、位移耦合约束。结果:开发了预应力结构的自动化建模程序,并通过实例验证对比PKPM和ABAQUS模型的质量、周期、振型。证明了ABAQUS模型的正确性。结论:本文方法以及所开发的程序能实现将预应力结构设计模型高效转为ABAQUS有限元模型,可用于整体结构的非线性分析。
Objective:Using finite element software ABAQUS to analyze the nonlinear response of prestressed structures is of great significance for ensuring the seismic safety of prestressed structures.Due to the complex characteristics of prestressed structures,it is extremely difficult to establish a prestressed structure model in ABAQUS,and the workload is huge.Therefore,it is necessary to study an efficient modeling method for prestressed structures to meet the analysis needs of the structure.Methods:The multi-source heterogeneous data information of the prestressed structural model provided by the structural design software PKPM was analyzed.Establish data matching rules between geometric model information of prestressed structure,information of non-prestressed reinforcement,and information of prestressed reinforcement to realize data fusion.Using Python language programming to call ABAQUS built-in function library for modeling and displacement coupling constraints of prestressed tendons.Results:An automated modeling program for prestressed structures was developed,and the mass,period,and mode shapes of the PKPM and ABAQUS models were verified and compared by examples.The correctness of the ABAQUS model is proved.Conclusion:The method in this paper and the developed program can efficiently convert the prestressed structural design model into the ABAQUS finite element model,which can be used for nonlinear analysis of the overall structure.
